Do you accept retail order? What is the minimum quantity you require?

Yes, we do accept retail order. We sell to wholesaler, retailer and individual, with different price policy. No minimum order requirement.

What is your port of loading?

The main port of shipment is the Xiamen Port, but all other ports of China are feasible, depending on the requirements of customer.

Am I restricted to get just one product in a container?

Container orders can comprise any combination of the colors, size, finishes and shapes that a given factory products.

How many monuments does a 20 feet container hold?

One 20feet container can be loaded 7 cube stone, it depending on the products and size.

How do you Carve and Letter the Stone?

Traditionally stones were carved with wooden mallets and metal chisels. Today we use sandblasting. Before we can carve lettering into a granite monument, we first glue protective white rubber like material onto the stone. Then the images and lettering we want to carve into the stone can be drawn or transferred onto the rubber. The designs and lettering are then cut out of the rubber with sharp knives. Pieces of rubber can then be peeled away to expose the areas of the stone that we want to carve away with sandblasting. We use a special abrasive material like sand, which is sprayed with air at high pressure through a nozzle at the stone. This wears away the areas of the stone that are exposed. The rubber protects the rest of the stone from the sandblasting. Today we can draw lettering and designs in a computer using Computer Aided Drafting or CAD. We can also use the computer to pre-cut the protective rubber material.

What are the styles and dimensions available?

We can make any custom shapes as per drawings or pictures. The dimensions are specified by you. Our modern technology now allows monuments to be shaped, quite literally, into any form you can envision. Techniques such as sandblasting, shape carving, laser and hand etching, now allow intricate scenes and portraits to be place directly onto the stone.
